At Trilogy Swim School we want to encourage all our students to be safe, have fun and keep fit in the pool.
Supported by the nationally accredited Swim England Teaching Plan we provide the framework for your child to learn a life skill and have fun.
All our swimming lessons are delivered in a fun and safe atmosphere, by Swim England or STA qualified swimming instructors who have been DBS cleared.
Lessons are continuous and run for 50 weeks of the year so you can enrol at anytime!

A brilliant way to start your child's swimming journey
These lessons are designed to start your preschooler's journey in the water. Suitable for children from the age of 3, they will work towards the Ducklings 1,2,3 and 4 awards in readiness for Stage 1 lessons.
Children Aged 5+
Our award winning swimming lessons stages 1 to 7
Our early stages are the framework of beginning to swim. They perfectly lead on from our Ducklings stages but are also suitable for complete beginners.
These stages have been carefully developed to ensure accuracy of technique is learnt coupled with fun and safety in the pool.
All the stages follow the Swim England Teaching Plan.
The Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards are divided into progressive stages. They make up the core, national syllabus of learning to swim for primary school aged children.
They are designed to reward your child for their development of the essential aquatic skills they need to be confident, competent and safe in the water.
Each of the Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards has a list of clear outcomes that need to be completed in order to gain each Award.
Once your child has successfully completed their stage they will be given a transfer and badge slip to take to reception and be moved up to the next stage.

The next step on the swimming journey stages 8 to 10
The Learn to Swim Stages 8-10 continue the swimmer’s journey past Learn to Swim Stage 7 of the Learn to Swim Framework.

Rookie Lifeguard
For budding lifeguards
The Rookie Lifeguard Awards are for your children if they are budding lifeguards and have completed Swim Stage 7.
Developed by the Royal Life Saving Society UK in partnership with Swim England, the Rookie Lifeguard Awards offer parents the comfort of knowing their children are aware of how to avoid dangers and enjoy the water safely.
The Bronze, Silver and Gold stage awards ensure children have a solid safety education, and have learned rescue and resuscitation techniques.
Each stage of the Rookie Lifeguard Awards is sub-divided into three levels.
Your children can enter a course at any point during the stage and progress at his or her own speed.
The Rookie Lifeguard Awards program also includes a Water Safety Award, a Life Support Award and Achievement Awards.

One to One Lessons
The personal touch
One to Ones and Two to Ones – These lessons work towards the same goals as group lessons, but with the advantage of focusing on individual needs with a personal touch. They are suitable for all ages and abilities.
